We utilize research-based and culturally responsive curriculum and coaching to equip leaders with the core leadership competencies they need to advance their careers and their impact.

While most leadership curriculum is built upon a white male-centered framework that lacks relevance to and consideration of diverse women leaders, the W.I.S.E. Foundry centers the experiences and successes of all women, and especially Black women and women of Color.
